The 26th National School on Algebra will take place between 27-31 August 2018 and is organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Ovidius University in partnership with Osnabrück University, Germany, Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Bucharest, the Simion Stoilow Institute of Mathematics of the Romanian Academy, and the Romanian Mathematical Society.
The topic of the school is Combinatorial structures in algebra and geometry. There will be a series of lectures in the morning taught by the main speakers where recent developments in the topic of the school will be surveyed and some contributed talks in the afternoon given by the junior participants in the school.
The school will take place in the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Ovidius University, Constanta. Arrival date is Sunday, August 26. Lectures will take place from Monday, August 27, to Friday, August 31, in the old building of the university, Bd. Mamaia 124.
