The conference will take place at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Ovidius University, Constanta, Romania, from Wednesday, April 14 (arrival day), to Sunday, April 18 (departure day), 2010.

There will be talks from Thursday, April 15, through Saturday, April 17. Accommodation expenses will be covered by the local organizers for the invited speakers.

We intend to have proceedings of the conference as well which will be published in the journal Analele Ştiinţifice ale Universităţii Ovidius, Seria Matematica (http://www.anstuocmath.ro/). The contributions to this volume should be sent by 1^st of October, 2010, to Viviana Ene (vivian_ro@yahoo.com). We intend to include all the contributions in the first volume of 2011. The editor of the celebrating volume will be the Editor in Chief of the journal, Professor Mirela Stefanescu.
